Job description: Private Equity Vice President
You will work on a variety of transactions with Enduring Ventures.
You wlil lead sourcing, diligence, negotiations, creating investment committee memos and managing our companies and investors after acquisitions.

Enduring Ventures is a long-term hold, private equity firm. We are industry agnostic, and have different verticals that we pursue including value investing, distressed turn arounds and real estate.
Your primary function will be to work on the distressed companies division.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing: Create a systematic plan to build relationships in the industries we care about with key stakeholders (owners, brokers, advisors…etc)
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, to support transaction execution and decision-making.
CEO Support: Interact and support the CEO’s of our companies.
Market Research: Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide insights for clients and internal decision-makers.
Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and managing the deal process.
Documentation: Prepare detailed transaction documentation, including pitch books, information memoranda, and other relevant materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Relevant industry certifications (CFA, Series 7, etc.) are a plus.
What will you be doing?
Analyze multiple, complex internal and external data sources to identify, refine and size potential acquisition and growth opportunities for the firm
For our Distress Division – Evaluate and analyze public company financial statements to identify acquisition opportunities, or distress (company size: $100 Million in revenue to $300 Million in revenue)
For our Value Buy Division – Source, evaluate and analyze lower-middle market cash flow generating companies (company size: $3-10M EBITDA)
Leverage statistics-based data analysis tools (including regression analysis) to analyze business trends
Utilize intricate data management and analysis tools including Excel,CRMs etc.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior client team members to ensure successful executions for highly complex and substantially value additive strategic transactions
Lead the sourcing and relationship development of new public and private acquisitions
Serve as an essential point of contact on behalf of Enduring Ventures and develop long term strategic relationships with senior team members
Conduct competitive landscape analyses to help identify new public and private acquisition for Enduring Ventures
Identify new talent (analysts and associates), mentor, interview and hire them into the group
Manage junior teams to execute on client specific deliverables Collect and provide feedback for analysts and associates at year end reviews for all junior team members
Travel to meet with companies and owners
Lead fundraising efforts with equity and debt as needed
Oversee the investor presentation preparation, including all background research and analysis, drafting and production of any client marketing materials and pitch books
